Lectures:

Syllabus:

  1. Linear Algebra - Matrices. Addition, scalar multiplication and matrix multiplication of matrices. Determinants. Inverse matrix. Systems of linear equations. Substitution and Gauss methods. Matrix method for solving equations. Kramers formula.
  2. Analytic Geometry - Vectors. Addition, subtraction and scalar multiplication. Scalar, vector and mixed product of vectors. Equatios of lines, planes and spheres in space.
  3. Functions of Many Variables - Definitios and basic properties. Partial derivatives and differentials. Local, conditional and absolute extremes of the functions with many variables.
  4. Numerical Methods - Newtons polynom. Smallest squares method. Approximate solving of equations.
