Lectures:

Syllabus:

  1. Reflections on the name of the course.
  2. The need for a legal approach to the problems of the protection of ecological values.
  3. Defining the elements necessary for the existence of the ecology law.
  4. Methods necessary for an overall perception of the relationship between ecology and law as the subject matter of scientific research and practical treatment.
  5. Mutual relationship and differences between ecology law and other branches of law.
  6. The elements of international law important for the development of ecology law.
  7. The principles of ecology law.
  8. The legal regime of public properties and its importance for ecology law.
  9. Constitutional and legal foundations of the development and normative regulation of ecology law.
  10. The systematics of environmental law formed based on group objects, legislation in force in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and the level at which the law is passed.
  11. Toxins and other hazardous substances.
  12. Ionizing radiation and nuclear safety.
  13. Accidental situations.
  14. The nature of the environmental law norms and their mutual relationship with the elements of administrative law.
  15. The organs in charge of the implementation of environmental legislation.
