Dionex ICS 3000
High-performance ion chromatography is widely used in the analysis of water, food, and environmental samples. Many standard methods prescribed by EPA, DIN and Pharmacopeiae are based on the application of ion chromatography with conductometric and pulsed amperometric detection.
System components:
Dionex ICS 3000 system consists of eluent generator, gradient pump, detector (conductometric and pulsed amperometric with reference glass and gold, platinum or silver working electrode), carbon dioxide removal part and Chromeleon software.
This configuration enables the analysis of various samples in traces with low limits of detection and quantification of only 0.1 ppb.
Applications:
- Analysis of inorganic anions (fluorides, chlorides, nitrates, nitrites, carbonates, oxalates, bromides, phosphates, cyanides, thiosulfates, oxyhalides);
- Analysis of small anions of organic acids (quinic, shikimic, glucuronic, galacturonic, citric, isolimonic, fumaric, maleic, malic, formic, acetic, oxalates);
- Determination of monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides, sugar alcohols in samples of honey, bee products, fruits, vegetables and plant material;
