58^th Meeting of the Serbian Chemical Society

REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The official languages will be Serbian and English.

Key dates:

Traditional 58^th Meeting of the Serbian Chemical Society will be held on June 9-10, 2022 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Abstract submission deadline:   May 22, 2022.

Notification of Acceptance:   May 27, 2022.

Presenting authors must pay the registration fee by June 1, 2022, to be included in the programme.

Registration Fees:

• Member Fee:   7000 RSD
• Non-member Fee:   10000 RSD
• Accompanying Person Fee:   3000 RSD

The Registration Fee for participants includes: meeting material, admission to all events during the Meeting and participation to all social events.

Rules for submission:

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

Abstract and application form must be submitted by email:   shd58@chem.bg.ac.rs.

Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.

The abstracts will be presented as oral presentations or as posters. The preferred mode of presentation may be marked, but the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.

Abstracts will be considered only if the guidelines are respected. Abstracts should be submitted as MS Word documents prepared as per instructions provided in the template.

The submitted version of the abstract will be the final one, subsequent changes will not be possible.

Presenting authors must be registered participants.

Abstract preparation guidelines:

Please download the abstract template and the application form and use them for preparing your submission.

Abstract should be written in Serbian and English, using PC-based MS Word software (2007 and higher).

Text should be single-spaced throughout, justified (Ctrl+J), in A4 paper size with 2 cm margins (top and left), 6 cm right margin and 8 cm bottom margin. Use Times New Roman (font size 11 pt).

The complete manuscript must not exceed one page.

The abstract file should be named following the form:
      scientific field code, last name, and a key word chosen by the author
(e.g. OH_Petrovic_Alkaloids).

Authors can also submit a four-page paper using the template provided at the bottom of this page.

Poster presentation instructions:

Poster dimensions - 80 × 100 cm. Please use the font size that will allow reading the contents from a distance of 1.0 to 1.5 m (the recommended minimum font size of 18 pt).

We recommend the title of the poster to be written in English and Serbian (if possible), regardless of the poster content language.

The abstract and the complete manuscripts (Book of Abstracts) will be publicly available on the web pages of the Meeting and of the Serbian Chemical Society.
