Southeast slope of Fruska Gora and Slankamen

Presence of Scaphoideus titanus was registered in 17 vineyards on 5 inspected localities. Plant infection in inspected vineyards was registered in range of 8-15%. Over 40% of infected plants were registered in vineyard near village Mutalj (GPS: N 45º06' 006''; E 19º42'205'').

Slankamen (GPS: N 45º09' 198''; E 20º13'047''): 3 year old vineyard, cultivar  Moldavia, with a total of 500 vines, out of which 40 (8%) had phytoplasmatic symptoms. Planting material was purchased in village Milutovac, near focal point in Central Serbia. Appearance of phytoplasma on such young plants suggests that planting material was primarily infected.
